TrustPoint Accounting Services Ltd was founded on a simple belief - that accounting should give people confidence, not confusion.

Too often, business owners and individuals are left dealing with numbers they don’t fully understand, last-minute pressure around deadlines, and advice that feels disconnected from their real-world decisions. We wanted to change that.

Co-founded by Stan Olestsenko FMAAT and Kevin Waterfield MAAT, TrustPoint Accounting was created to offer something more personal and dependable - clear explanations, proper conversations and an accountant you can rely on throughout the year.

We’re proud to be a local firm that values face-to-face relationships, while also working seamlessly with clients further afield when in-person meetings aren’t practical.

Kevin Waterfield MAAT

Director - AAT Licensed Accountant

I like to make things simple and predictable for clients. My background has shaped me into someone who pays attention to the small details, keeps things structured and genuinely enjoys helping people get clarity with their accounts. Clients often tell me they appreciate how steady and reliable I am - someone who keeps them on track without any drama.

Outside of work, I’m usually either with my family or with a guitar in my hands. I’ve been playing for years, and it’s my go-to way to switch off - learning a new riff, playing gigs and making loud noises. It keeps life balanced and adds a bit of creativity to the routine.

Stan Olestsenko FMAAT

Director - AAT Licensed Accountant

I help business owners make sense of their numbers so they can make decisions without stress or uncertainty. My approach is straightforward - I like things to be structured, clear and explained in plain language. Clients know they’ll always get an honest view of where things stand and what their next steps should be.

Outside of work, you'll usually find me in the kitchen or out with my family. Cooking is my way to unwind - trying new recipes, perfecting a steak, or making something simple after a long day. And any free time with the kids is a reminder of what really matters and why we work so hard in the first place.
