  • Engager App

  • Xama AML

  • Xero

  • BrightPay

  • Apron

  • Adfin

  • InformDirect (for company secretarial)
     

Access is restricted to authorised staff only.

We apply multi-factor authentication (MFA), encryption, password security and device controls, as outlined in our Information Security Policy.


Our website is hosted on Wix.com Ltd, which may process certain technical data for security and analytics purposes.


6. Data Retention


We retain personal data for as long as required to meet legal, regulatory and contractual obligations:
 

  • Client-related data: typically 6–7 years after the end of the relationship

  • AML records: 5 years, and up to 10 years where required

  • Enquiry data (not leading to engagement): deleted within 12 months
     

We may retain information for longer if necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

We do not sell or trade personal data.
